Coral Wave Email Retirement
ACTION REQUIRED: Important Message for All Coral Wave Email Subscribers
After many years we have made the difficult decision to end Coral Wave email operations for all CoralWave accounts effective June 6th, 2022. After this date we will no longer offer, nor support, email services for these accounts. All email account information including emails, address books, calendars, notes, etc. will be permanently removed from our servers and will no longer be available. Emails sent to Coral Wave email addresses will not be deliverable. Prior to the shutdown date of June 6th 2022 we recommend you do the following:
- If you do not have an alternate email address to use, create a new email account on a different service. Premium email services (such as Gmail and Mail.com), are available at no cost and offer an array of functionalities, including the ability to create multiple email addresses, abundant storage space, and a wide variety of tools. To create an email account with one of these free providers, visit:

- Notify your contacts that your email address will be changing and CoralWave will no longer be available. After this date emails sent to CoralWave addresses will not be deliverable, nor will they be forwarded. An easy way to do this is to set up an “Out of Office Message” which you can turn on with a custom message to automatically notify anyone that emails you of the upcoming change in email address. - Update any 3rd party sites that might use CoralWave email address with your new email address. For instance if you use your CoralWave email address as your recovery email for Facebook, etc, make sure you update these sites with a new email address prior to May 30th, 2022.
- Save and forward your emails, and contacts over to your new email provider prior to June 6th 2022. Any emails left on our Coral Wave servers will be permanently deleted on June6th t , 2022, and will not be recoverable. We recommend you migrate all emails and/or contacts that you want to save prior to this date.
- Please feel free to contact our dedicated Coral Wave Helpdesk at 603-WAVE to request assistance with saving and migrating your emails to a new email server. Our helpdesk will be available from Monday March 7th – June 5th 2022, Monday – Saturday between the hours of 8AM – 8PM.
We understand this is a significant change, and have provided one-on-one support to assist you with making alternate email arrangements and to retrieve any historical email information you see fit as we focus focus our energies in providing you with the best in Internet, Voice and TV experiences.
