Edward Duncombe – Vice President, Human Resources

Mr. Duncombe’s experience in human resources spans over 20 years, and he has worked in  telecommunications, mortgage servicing, retail, marketing, sales, construction, hospitality and academia industries.   He has successfully led HR projects in North America, Dubai, and Qatar.  In his most recent roles, Mr. Duncombe was instrumental in implementing the Supreme Committee’s Workers Welfare Rights policies in preparation for the World Cup 2022 and led the operational execution of a 5 year strategic plan necessary for obtaining university accreditation. Some of his expertise in human resources are performance management and  organizational change.  Both will be vital in helping Cable Bahamas deliver on its vision, mission, and goals.   Mr. Duncombe enjoys fishing in his spare time and loves mentoring and developing team members to recognize their potential so they become proactive in their approach to solving problems.
