Cable Bahamas Attends Grand Bahama Chamber Installation of New Board Members
Cable Bahamas Business Solutions was honored to attend the installation ceremony of the new board members of the Grand Bahama Chamber of Commerce on Saturday, March 18th, 2023. The event was held at the Blair House at Le Chateau on the Green and was well attended by prominent members of the business community.
The Chamber’s new board members were sworn in during the event, including President, James Carey, who delivered a speech outlining his continued vision for the Chamber and its role in supporting the growth and development of Grand Bahama’s business community. During his presentation, Mr. Carey also emphasized the Chamber’s commitment to promoting economic growth, advocating for the interests of its members, and providing valuable services and resources to support local businesses on the island.
“I am grateful to have once again been elected as the President of the Grand Bahama Chamber of Commerce and excited to work alongside my fellow board members to advance our vision for the Chamber,” said Mr. Carey. “We believe that the Chamber has a critical role to play in driving the economic development of Grand Bahama, and we are committed to supporting our members and fostering growth in our community.”
The installation ceremony marked a significant moment for the Chamber as it enters a new chapter under the leadership of its new board members. The Chamber is dedicated in fulfilling its mission and to promote and protect the interests of businesses in Grand Bahama.
