Cable Bahamas Group Introduces The Leading Ladies featured in their Women in Technology Campaign
Get to know the women at the heart of the IT and Engineering departments within the Cable Bahamas Group
Cable Group of companies continue to shine the spotlight on the many women within the organization who have shattered the stereotypical profile of leading roles within the technological industries. With the launch of the “Women in Technology” campaign, the nation’s premier telecommunications provider has made it a priority to feature and celebrate women who continue to dominate and lead the way in their diverse fields and at varying levels of seniority.
“We are excited to recognize these seven women and are proud to have them as a part of our organization.” noted Beverly Saunders, Vice President of Human Resources within the Group. “The Cable Group of Companies is dedicated and committed to supporting and empowering women. Through this campaign, we are able to do just that and will continue to feature them as they thrive and grow within these tech fields and in the company.”
The Women in Technology campaign has been met with an overwhelmingly positive response from both internal and external stakeholders. The company hopes that this initiative will spark and enhance local and global conversations about gender equity in the workplace as it seeks to be an ally for women in every sphere of industry.
