Rapid Antigen Testing Made Easy for Business Owners Thanks to PATCH by Aliv Creates
New Telehealth solution launches with Rapid Antigen Testing Kits and platform as premiere product offering.
Business owners throughout The Bahamas are now able to take rapid antigen testing for COVID 19 into their own hands, courtesy of PATCH a new digital health solution created by Aliv Creates.
“We are allowing people to be better connected to healthcare through the products and services that we are offering.” Says Aliv Commercial Senior Director Gravette Brown.
PATCH is a virtual healthcare assistant engineered to manage and streamline all aspects of staying well in The Bahamas – from symptom checking, public and private appointment booking, prescription management, tele-health, insurance discounts and beyond.
Given the overwhelming level of difficulty business owners have faced in light of the COVID-19 Pandemic, Aliv Creates placed laser focus on testing and partnered with the Living With COVID Coalition to launch PATCH to the public as soon as possible with internal rapid antigen testing, as its premiere tool.
Using advanced world-class security and artificial intelligence, PATCH learns how to better service customers with every conversation and increases patient engagement so that managing ones health during some of the most vulnerable experiences in their lives, do not add more stress. The Aliv Creates team embarked on this project after 3 years of listening to all the painful experiences recounted by Bahamians of all walks of life when navigating health care.
Ms. Gravette Brown went on to say, “Our long term goal is for Patch to serve as a full Telehealth tool that allows doctors offices to connect with patients and allows patients to understand where they can access the most immediate form of healthcare, what waiting times may be associated with them and allow ways and mechanisms to access both general healthcare information and their doctors.”
PATCH will allow businesses, churches or other organizations to provide COVID testing on-demand in one of 3 ways.
1.) Nurse testing at your private facility. Your PATCH subscription would offer access to the results portal and test kits. An external nurse would conduct the testing onsite at an hourly rate.
2.) Staff testing at your facility. Staff members would undergo specialized training to learn how to accurately execute COVID-19 testing and perform tests on other staff members or customers as needed.
3.) External laboratory testing. Businesses would outsource testing to an external private laboratory but make results available on demand via the PATCH app.
Persons who are interested in taking advantage of PATCH should contact Cable Bahamas Business Solutions at 242-601-8911 or 242-602-8811 for Family Island customers or visit www.employeepatch.com for details.
